Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our features. We use the information that you provide:

What About Cookies?
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to maintain session state. The HTTP server issues a cookie to the user’s machine to keep track of their session. This cookie contains absolutely no information about the person, only a long string of characters that is system generated. Again, its only purpose is to provide a unique ID for the user’s session.

The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some features of our Web site, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
When collecting information; for example, scheduling appointments online, we protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input—meaning it is secure.

Do I have to provide information?
You can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to take advantage of features of our Web site, such as reserving an appointment date and time online.
To explore products that offer anonymous browsing click on any one of the following sites:

www.anonymizer.com
www.IDzap.com

We cannot vouch for the effectiveness of any of these products. In addition, the Federal Trade Commission provides useful information about online privacy on its Web site.
